This was the first time that the Companies had exhibited at the 3 day Show and felt overall that it had been worthwhile attending and as a result, have signed up for next year's Event.

PDM (UK) Ltd and Osgood UK exhibited together at September's PPMA Show at the NEC in Birmingham. The Show was very well attended and the quality of enquiries taken, at first sight, appear to be very good. The PPMA Show does not take place in 2010 due to TOTAL but it returns in September 2011.
PDM (UK) Ltd's MD, Paul Massey took part in September's 13.1 mile Great North Run and finished in a time of 2hrs and 28mins. Nephew Gareth also ran the race and recorded a time of 1hr 45mins. All monies raised by the duo will be in aid of the Shelton Sports FC Charity Fund for the Parkinson's Disease Society and Macmillan Cancer Support. CiemmePackaging Machines have recently installed and commissioned their FM140 I Carton Former & TL100 Carton Closer Packaging Equipment at Wincanton's Wisbech Site. The equipment, which is fully integrated into a new Secondary Packaging Line for Petfood Pouches, is Ciemme's 2nd installation at the Wisbech site within the last 18 months.
